Italian Appetizers, Pizza, Farm Salad Tasting on Friday, February 17 from 2 to 5 p.m.
plus a special appearance by our Italian BeeKeeper who will bring a small (enclosed) beehive for a live, upclose view of our Italian bees.
It's our monthly Italian Outdoor Pizza Oven Tasting event on Friday afternoon with fresh made pizzas, Pear Honey Cheese tray, homegrown salad mix, a special dessert, and Italian lemonade and wines. We'll start with a farm tour and visit with our beekeeper at 2 p.m. So come casual and hungry . . . Chef Paul Villa and his crew from Bella Collina Towne & Golf Club will be serving it up fresh and simple rustic style at 3:30 on the BC Grill. Then we'll finish our day back at the farm pad for a special Mango Honey dessert.
$18 for Adults and $12 for Kids under 12. Includes assorted pizza slices of your choice, appetizers, salad bowl, bread, lemonade, and Italian dessert of the day. Italian wines extra at $3 per glass.
