We take our seasoning seriously by enhancing our fresh vegetables and entrees with just the perfect amount of pure, real fruit and herb essences.
We start with Italy's finest sea salt and add seasonal items from our fields, e.g. leek blossoms, fennel, oregano, thyme, lemon basil . . . whatever's
fresh and seasonal each month. So the blend you try this month might well change slightly the next. It's all about eating by harvest and we're all rewarded
by tasting nature at its peak. We recommend both salt blends shown here for chicken, steamed vegetables, grilled meats, salads, toasted garlic bread;
even on fresh popcorn!
